Marvel has released a new full-length trailer for Joe & Anthony Russo’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It’ll be hard to top the first film (no, it won’t), but this looks pretty damn good. Anyway, watch Steve Rogers uselessly throw his shield over and over and over again in the trailer after the jump. The film will pick-up where “The Avengers” left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Romanoff to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Georges St-Pierre, Frank Grillo, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Maximiliano Hernández, Robert Redford, and Samuel L. Jackson also star. Captain America: The Winter Soldier opens on April 4, 2014.
