COMIC-CON 2012: Man of Steel Panel, Footage, & Teaser Poster
One of the most anticipated panels at this year’s comic-con was undoubtedly the one for Zack Snyder’s upcoming Superman film MAN OF STEEL starring Henry Cavill. Snyder announced that principal photography has wrapped and that we can expect to see our very first teaser for the film next weekend when it plays in front of The Dark Knight Rises. Snyder also unveiled the first several minutes worth of footage from the film, which was incredibly well-received by the audience in Hall H and even brought a grown man to tears. In the pantheon of superheroes, Superman is the most recognized and revered character of all time. Clark Kent/Kal-El (Henry Cavill) is a young twenty-something journalist who feels alienated by powers beyond his imagination.
