So rarely are things purely fun and joyous. See: Pitch Perfect. Though far from being a great movie, it works because of how enjoyable it is. The same can be said about last night’s absolutely stellar episode of Community. Every recap I’ve written for this season, except for the premiere, has been about how “different” or “weird” or “almost good” each episode has been. I could point out how too obvious Abed’s storyline was last night – but then that would be my only complaint of the episode.
